This session will introduce you to multiple creation apps, explain some of their varied applications in the classroom, and then give you time to explore those iPad apps. You will envision even more uses for each app as you "take a test drive"! Creating Student Engagement in the Classroom Through QR Codes (See)

How do can you maximize learning experiences utilizing technology? Unlocking the mystery of QR codes and its usefulness in the classroom to further engage student learning will be explored during this session. Participants will examine, create and use QR codes. Examples of QR code activities that are designed around literacy best practices and the CCSS will be shown along with other examples of how to use QR codes in the classroom. Finally, participants will be given time to create QR codes based upon content material they have chosen to bring in.
